Procurement & Sourcing
We source batteries directly from trusted partners and manufacturers.
Core Inspection & Filtering
Voltage, gravity and cosmetics are analyzed. The defective or damaged cores are sorted and removed.
Deep Clean & Neutralization
Each battery is neutralized and cleaned, removing corrosion and buildup for a clean rebuild baseline.
Desulfation & Restoration
Batteries go through charge cycles to enhance capacity and extend usable life.
Load Testing & Validation
Each battery is tested under real load conditions to verify capacity and stability. Each individual cell is required to perform at a minimum of 80% of a new unit.
Cell Replacement
Defective cells are exchanged with tested replacements for consistent output. New intercell connectors installed to manufacturer standards.
Component Upgrades
New cables, connectors, and components are installed for durability and performance.
Cosmetic Refinishing
Each battery is refinished and coated with a durable industrial paint.
Final Quality Control
All aspects of every battery is reviewed, verified and measured by the technician.
