What we take
Forklift batteries
Any make, any size — lead-acid industrial forklift batteries. Dead, cracked, or fully depleted is fine.
Backup power systems
Flooded lead-acid strings from UPS and standby backup systems. Palletized and ready to ship.
Lithium: not at this time
We don't buy lithium cores yet. Reach out and we can point you to the right outlet.

What condition do they need to be in?
Dead is fine. We buy cores for the lead — they don't need to hold a charge. They do need to be intact enough to ship safely on a pallet.
Who handles the hazmat side?
We arrange compliant freight for the pickup. Keep pallets shrink-wrapped and upright; we handle the rest.
When do I get paid?
Within 24 hours of the cores being delivered and weighed at our facility.
Is there a minimum?

How is the price set?
$0.30/lb per pound for the cores, minus the actual freight to bring them here based on your ZIP. The freight figure comes from our real inbound shipment costs.
What if my load is very large?
Multiple pallets and full truckloads are welcome — add pallets in the calculator, or call us to coordinate a large pickup.
