Every battery we ship is tested, validated, and backed by a warranty. No surprises — same quality, same communication, every time.
Standard coverage
RePower refurbished forklift batteries carry a standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment unless otherwise noted on your invoice or quote. Chargers carry a standard 12-month warranty as well.
What's covered
- Manufacturing and refurbishment defects in materials and workmanship
- Capacity falling below rated specification under normal, single-shift use
- Charger output and control faults under rated input conditions
What's not covered
- Physical damage, abuse, freezing, or improper installation
- Failure to maintain electrolyte levels or follow a proper watering schedule
- Over-discharge, opportunity charging beyond rating, or use outside published specs
- Normal wear consistent with a refurbished product
How to make a claim
Call (248) 399-7900 or email orders@equipment-assets.com with your invoice number and a description of the issue. Our team will walk you through testing and arrange repair, replacement, or credit as appropriate.
