Freight included

The price you see on every battery and charger includes standard freight to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift in the continental United States. Industrial batteries are heavy, palletized freight — we handle the logistics so you don't have to.

Delivery options & surcharges

Liftgate service — required if you don't have a dock or forklift to unload. Selectable at checkout.
Residential / limited-access delivery — additional surcharge applies; let us know in your order notes.
Notify before delivery — appointment scheduling available on request.

Lead times

In-stock sizes typically ship in 3–5 business days. Low-stock sizes ship in 5–7 business days, and built-to-order sizes are refurbished to spec and ship in 2–3 weeks. Each product page shows its current status, and the weekly stocklist is refreshed every Monday.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada — freight is quoted separately for these destinations. Request a quote and we'll confirm delivered pricing.
